Order Processing

Any purchase will be considered as an order as soon as the full payment is received. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched through our trusted logistics partners.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other locations: 3–8 business days
  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Please note delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before completing the order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the package may be returned to us.

Once the product is received back at our facility, we can proceed with reshipping it to your location. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team. We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
