Return & Exchange Policy

At Shukriya, we ensure the packaging is done in a manner that the products are delivered to you without any damage after stringent checks from our end before delivery, our returns are processed only under the conditions outlined below.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale promotions
  • Earrings due to hygiene reasons (if applicable)
  • Products damaged due to improper usage or care
  • if the customer changes their mind for not liking the size, design, look of the product after delivery
  • Any request after 48 hours of product delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • The wrong product
  • Item must be unused with original packaging

Please contact us within 12 to 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Our team will review the request and arrange if a valid case of replacement with address to deliver for replacement and shipping cost will be born by Customer
